Straight Forward is not a shop. We are a fully mobile service and carry a huge range of equipment and products with us. We meet many of our clients doing small jobs like wall mounting TV's, fixing computer or anything else. Given our broad knowledge we usually end up helping out with multiple tech issues or supplying new gear as requested. Everything from personal tech (mobile phones, email accounts, home theatre) to business needs (web design, business email systems, security and backup).
We also plan, cable, install and service TV's, audio systems, antennas, internet, computer networks, security, and more.

Founder Shanon Newson was always a bit of a computer geek.
Working for a local electrical retailer in the late 90’s he would often do extra work after hours. Whether it was fixing computers, setting up TV systems or generally helping out with all things tech. By 2005 he was so busy doing this that he quit work and went out on his own. Straight Forward AV and IT has been growing ever since.
Every year new technology and expertise are added to the very long list of services that Straight Forward offer. We now have local mobile staff who can assist people and businesses “on the ground” and back-end support people who can provide remote assistance, design services and almost anything else you can think of.
The future of the business will be more and more “cloud” based. We've always thought that’s a bit of a silly name for “the internet” but whatever you call it we’re experts in it.
