Why Upgrade?

Your current setup includes two old TP-Link Fast Ethernet switches (100Mbps maximum) which create a significant bottleneck — even with faster NBN, your internal network can’t deliver those speeds to your devices. The legacy UniFi access point only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, which is outdated and congested. We’ll replace all of this with a business-grade TP-Link Omada system that delivers the speeds you’re paying for.

• TP-Link ER706W Router — WiFi 6 gateway installed in your office, connected directly to the NBN
• TP-Link EAP610 Access Points (x2) — Long-range WiFi 6 coverage for living room and backup unit
• TP-Link SG2016P Switch — 16-port gigabit switch with PoE+ to power access points

• Full remote monitoring — We can see your network health from our office
• Remote firmware updates — Security patches applied without a site visit
• Remote troubleshooting — We can diagnose and fix many issues remotely
• You don’t need to deal with any of it — We handle everything

Coverage Note

The living room access point will provide excellent coverage throughout the main house. We’re bringing a second access point as a spare — if you find you need coverage to the shed, we can mount it there. However, we expect the living room unit will reach the shed adequately, so the spare may not be needed. If it is, we’ll mount it behind the TV to mesh with the living room unit.

NBN Internet Upgrade

Current Situation

You’re currently on Optus with an FTTC (Fibre to the Curb) connection. You’ve contacted Optus multiple times trying to arrange the FTTP upgrade with no success. We’ll handle everything.

What We’ll Do

• Switch you to Aussie Broadband — Australia’s leading NBN provider, unlimited data
• Coordinate the FTTC to FTTP upgrade — We deal with NBN, not you
• Meet the NBN technician on-site — Ensure fibre is routed to the correct location (office cupboard)
• Handle all the paperwork and coordination — You don’t have to speak to anyone

$110/month includes unlimited data on a 500Mbps download / 50Mbps upload connection.

Garage TV Setup

What’s Included

We’ll mount your existing TV on the bracket you already have in your rear garage (exercise area). To turn your older non-smart TV into a fully-featured streaming device, we’ll supply and install a Google TV Streamer.

• Access to YouTube, Netflix, Stan, and all streaming apps
• Same apps and experience as your main TV
• Voice control with Google Assistant
• Much cheaper than replacing the TV entirely

Follow-Up AV Work

Satellite Speaker Brackets

During the recent TV and Bose installation, we discovered the existing Bose Cube brackets were incompatible with your satellite speakers. You’re sourcing the correct brackets — once they arrive, we’ll return to mount them properly.

Cable Management

Once your new TV cabinet arrives, we’ll complete the cable management and general tidy-up below the TV to give you a clean, professional finish.

Recommendation: Power Point

We recommend having an electrician add a power point behind the TV for the cleanest possible installation. This is not included in our scope but worth arranging.
