One camera in the existing CCTV system is currently offline. The cable run requires replacement, which is more involved due to the system’s installation history. We will trace the existing cable path, install new cabling, and restore full camera functionality.
The NVR is recording correctly, but remote viewing via the mobile app is not functioning. This requires software configuration and potentially manufacturer support to resolve. Once configured, you’ll be able to view live and recorded footage from your phone anywhere.
