• $220 Call-Out Fee
  Includes the first 30 minutes on site.
  Bookings are essential — no walk-ins.

• $176 per Hour
  Charged in 15-minute increments after the first half-hour.

🧰 Free Equipment Drop-Off

• No-charge equipment evaluation
  Laptops and other devices can be dropped at our premises.
  Bookings required before drop-off.

⏰ After-Hours & Surcharge Rates

• Weekend work may incur a 25% surcharge

• Public holidays & emergency call-outs (where other bookings are cancelled) may incur a 50% surcharge
