Commercial music streaming service controlled via the bar PC
Stingray Music
Step 1: Access the Control PC
Go to the bar area and find the Windows PC with Audac Touch software running.
Step 2: Open Stingray Music
The Stingray Music app should already be open. If not, double-click the Stingray icon on the desktop.
Step 3: Select a Channel
Browse through the available music channels by genre:
• Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classical
• Easy Listening, Lounge, Ambient
• Country, Blues, World Music
Step 4: Adjust Zone Volumes
In Audac Touch, adjust each zone’s volume:
• Background music: -30 to -35dB
• Normal listening: -20 to -25dB
• Events/Busy periods: -10 to -15dB
Active Zones:
• Dining: 13 speakers (includes Reception)
• Middle Section: 6 speakers
• Window: 4 speakers
• Bar and Coffee: 9 speakers
• Upstairs: Separate system
Use Microphones
Step 1: Get the Microphones
Find the two Behringer wireless microphones. They are usually stored in the kitchenette area near the receiver.
Step 2: Turn On Microphones
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds
• Check battery indicator (replace if low)
• Green LED = good signal
Step 3: Check Receiver
Location: Kitchenette (behind white door panel)
• Both channels should show signal when mics are on
• RF and AF lights should be green
Step 4: Adjust Volume
On the bar PC (Audac Touch):
• Microphone volume is separate from music
• Start at -20dB and adjust as needed
• Note: Microphones only work in the Dining zone
Important Notes:
⚠️ Microphones currently route to Dining zone only
• This includes the 13 dining speakers + reception speakers
• Other zones won’t hear microphone announcements
• Keep microphones away from speakers to avoid feedback
I’m Having Trouble
No Sound At All
Check Power:
• Ensure all equipment is powered on
• Check circuit breakers in office
• Green lights on amplifiers = good
Check Audac Touch:
• Is the software running on bar PC?
• Are all zones muted? (red = muted)
• Is master volume turned down?
Still no sound?
The main equipment rack is in the office. Check that all devices show power lights.
Music Issues
Stingray Not Playing:
• Check internet connection
• Restart Stingray app
• Ensure correct audio input selected in Audac
Wrong Zones Playing:
• Check zone routing in Audac Touch
• Each zone can be individually controlled
• Reception is currently part of Dining zone
Microphone Problems
No Microphone Sound:
• Check batteries in microphones
• Verify receiver shows RF signal (kitchenette)
• Confirm Mipro wireless link is active
• Check mic input level in Audac Touch
Remember:
⚠️ Microphones ONLY work in Dining zone
This is a system limitation – other zones won’t hear announcements
Feedback/Squealing:
• Turn down microphone volume
• Move away from speakers
• Avoid pointing mic at speakers
Microphones Aren’t Working
Do you have the right microphone?
There are two sets of microphones – one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They are clearly labeled.
Is the microphone light solid green?
🟢 Flashing Green Light:
Microphone is in standby mode. Press the top button once to turn on.
⚫ No Light At All:
Change the batteries.
Is the MICROPHONE RECEIVER turned on?
Check power connection to the microphone receiver. If it won’t power on, it may have blown. You can temporarily use the receiver from the other zone (upstairs/downstairs) with its matching microphones.
Upstairs: In the cupboard underneath the point of sales system
Downstairs: In the kitchenette, behind the section of wall that opens like a door
Does the MICROPHONE RECEIVER flash when you talk into the mic?
No receiver lights flashing:

Is the MIPRO AUDIO TRANSMITTER turned on?
Check the power cables and try to get it turned on. If it won’t turn on, it could be a blown power supply or Mipro unit. Contact us for assistance.
The Mipro audio transmitter is underneath the microphone receiver in the kitchenette.
DOWNSTAIRS ONLY
Is the MIPRO RECEIVER turned on?
Check the power cables and try to get it turned on. If it won’t turn on, it could be a blown power supply or Mipro unit. Contact us for assistance.
The Mipro receiver is in the AV rack in the office.
Volume or Zone Issues
Zone Not Working:
• Check zone isn’t muted in Audac Touch
• Verify zone volume isn’t at minimum
• Confirm zone is routed to correct input
Volume Guidelines:
• Background: -30 to -35dB
• Normal: -20 to -25dB
• Announcements: -15 to -20dB
• Events: -10 to -15dB
Upstairs Zone:
The upstairs area has a separate amplifier system and is not controlled by Audac Touch.
