Your Domain Might Be the Weakest Link — Here’s What We’re Doing About It
When people think about cybersecurity, they think firewalls, antivirus, and email filters.
But your domain and DNS are just as critical — and often completely ignored.
If someone gets access to your domain registrar, they can:
Redirect your entire website
Hijack your company email
Launch phishing attacks that look like they’re coming from you
Completely take your business offline
This isn’t theoretical. It happens all the time — and it’s brutal.
Our Approach: Lock It Down and Keep It That Way
We manage all our clients’ domains through TPP Wholesale, a trusted registrar. But we don’t stop there.
Here’s how we protect your domain from being used against you:
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enforced on both:
The TPP Admin account (ours)
The TPP Customer account (yours or ours, depending on setup)
We point all domain nameservers to Cloudflare for secure and high-performance DNS management.
Only high-level Straight Forward admins have access to:
The TPP portal (admin and customer accounts)
The Cloudflare DNS portal
DNS changes are only possible through Cloudflare, under strict internal control.
This means no third-party access, no weak logins, and no room for error.
Why This Matters (Even If You’ve Never Thought About It)
You’d be surprised how many businesses leave their domain controls wide open.
No 2FA. Generic logins. DNS settings that haven’t been touched in years.
That’s all it takes for a breach.
We treat your domain like the front door to your digital business — because it is.
Everything else depends on it being secure.
